Refund policy

Returns 

For online purchases you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

                    Unworn and in original condition

                    Returned in original packaging (including box and any certificates)

                    Include proof of purchase (order reference)

 

Online Orders

Our refund policy applies to online purchases only.

                    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method 

                    Cash refunds are not available

                    Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

 

You may return your item:

                    By post (we recommend registered/tracked delivery), or

                    In-store with your original receipt

 

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are not eligible for a refund.

We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days, provided:

                    The item is unworn, unaltered and in its original condition

                    It is returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

                    Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

                    Engraved or personalised items

                    Any altered items (including resized rings)

                    Any items altered outside of our store

 

Out of Stock Items

We do our best to ensure all items are available for immediate dispatch.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

                    We will contact you to discuss your options

                    You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a full refund

Most items (excluding diamond jewellery) can be sourced within 2-10 business days. If in the unlikely event we are unable to source the item, a full refund will be issued.

 

Delivery

Delivery is currently available within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery is handled by An Post.

Delivery charge is €5.95

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on:

                    Ring sizing

                    Engraving

                    Special requests or instructions

                    Public holidays and peak periods

 

Returns Process

To return an item:

1.                  Contact us at seodoirinariochta@gmail.com with your order details within 14 days to let us know you are returning your item.

2.                  Send your return with proof of purchase to: Seodoiri na Riochta, 11 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland, V93 PYW5

 

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping

                    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

                    Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

                    We will email you to let you know whether it has been approved.

                    Once approved we will process the refund.

                    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

                    Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Please contact your bank first if you have still not been refunded 10 days after receiving our email of confirmation. Paypal accounts may take up to 30 business days.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

We will cover the cost of postage in such a case.
