Shipping policy
Delivery
We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Delivery is handled by An Post and a standard delivery charge of €5.95 applies unless otherwise stated at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders over €150
We aim to process orders promptly. In-stock items are typically dispatched the same working day where orders are placed before 1:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 working days following dispatch; however, delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels, availability may occasionally change due to in-store sales, supplier delays, or stock discrepancies
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will order it from our suppliers and aim to deliver it within approximately 3–10 working days. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Customers may choose to wait for restocking where possible or receive a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking details for your shipment.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times may also vary depending on ring sizing, engraving, bespoke alterations, or workshop demand. Where this applies, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the estimated timeframe.
Additionally, our name chains are custom-made to order and are not kept in stock. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to arrive with us before it is dispatched to you. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Upon delivery, you may be asked to sign for your parcel. If the outer packaging appears damaged, we recommend checking the contents before signing where possible. If you are unable to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery, we recommend signing as “unchecked”.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
For unwanted items purchased online, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy regarding your right to return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with Irish and EU consumer legislation.
Pick up option
We also offer in-store pickup from our store at 11 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 PYW5.
Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Customers selecting "Pickup" at checkout will be notified by email once their order is ready for collection. Please do not collect your order until you have received confirmation from us.
