Delivery is handled by An Post, with a standard delivery charge of €5.95 applying to orders under €150. Free delivery is available on orders over €150.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, with most orders arriving within 1–5 working days following dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside of our control.

Please note that dispatch times may also vary for ring sizing, engraving, bespoke alterations, special orders, or workshop work. Where this applies, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated timeframe.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you regarding restocking timelines and available options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking details for your shipment.

We also offer in-store pickup from our store at 11 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 PYW5. Customers selecting “Pickup” at checkout will receive an email once their order is ready for collection.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

• The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•                    Engraved or personalised items

•                    Any altered items (including resized rings)

•                    Any items altered outside of our store
